At the beginning of May, 2002, the Board of Director of Tan Binh Electronics has decided to appoint representative of the board of the Director and establish ISO Board to assume the establishment of the quality management system at the company under international standards.

 - Together with this, the promulgation of the Policies, quality targets and the documents required drafted have positively affected the production of the company. The personnel management and production has been effective with better results.

- On 21 Oct and 10 Nov 2002, the official assessment of BVQI recognized the quality management standard of Tan Binh Viettronics (VTB) to be suitable with the standards of ISO 9001:2000. The scale of the certification: production, distribution and after-sales services for all the products of VTB tradename, consisting of computer, color TV, VCD, SVCD, DVD, AMPLIFIER, SOUDSPEAKERS.

After receiving ISO certificate, the Board of Director and all the staff of the company has been determined in maintaining and improving the quality management system by setting up the periodical internal quality assessment program (every three months) and the programs for improving the assessment skills of the internal assessing staff.
