VTB: Announcement of the First Dividend Advance of 2009
Viettronics TanBinh Joint Stock Company announced the record date to make the first advance for the 2009 dividend:
* Stock symbol: VTB * Stock type: Common stock * Par value: VND10,000 * Ex-right date: 09 December 2009 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 09 & 10 December 2009, sellers will not receive the right.) * Record date: 11 December 2009 * Pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700 / share) * Payment date: 28 December 2009 * Place & procedure of payment: -Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited. -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viettronics TanBinh Joint Stock Company. Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VTB on 10, 11 & 14 December 2009.
